I was terribly disappointed to learn that many of you were not keeping up with the reading. I trusted you to WANT to learn. I was devastated at the results of the last quiz, so I am going to give you another. You have a chance for redemption, and I have a chance at recovery. For those of you who are reading this, know that on the twenty first you will have a "surprise" quiz on The Grapes of Wrath.

Yay for reading marti's blog.
._. I know it's not an excuse. But for many, the Check on the 10th was kind of a surprise. Since it wasn't mentioned on the board until like the Friday before. Plus, Grapes just isn't too interesting for a lot of us. >_> and yes, we know this is not an excuse either.
But it is why we read a lot of the books from before and not this one. It was dry for a few of us.

Hey, the test announcement was posted over a week ago. I really want you guys to use the blog! (I wasn't at school because I had to go to Southeast Missouri because a relative was ill. I would have preferred to be in school.)
